Dagmar Chlosta has been appointed managing director of A.W. Faber-Castell Cosmetics GmbH, now leading the company with Countess Mary Graefin von Faber-Castell. Prior to joining Faber-Castell Cosmetics, Chlosta served as chief market officer at Schwan-Stabilo Cosmetics, Germany. There, she was responsible for the leadership of areas of Global Product & Innovation, Regulatory, Communications and all facets of Marketing. Chlosta is a 30-year veteran of the FMCG industry with a focus on sporting goods and cosmetics. She held various senior leadership positions at adidas AG and Under Armour Inc. in Germany and the U.S.
